Pembrokeshire Regenerative Ocean Farming Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Conservation Programmes team and manage seaweed-related projects in Pembrokeshire.

The successful candidate will oversee strategic projects assessing the feasibility and benefits of integrated multi-trophic seaweed aquaculture, building Social License to Operate in Pembrokeshire, and supporting the piloting of seaweed-derived products.

This role requires strong project management skills, experience in the UK environment and sustainability sector, and an understanding of environmental policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans
  2. Build relationships with local stakeholders
  3. Monitor budgets and grants

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,581 per annum
  • Flexible working options
  • Annual leave starting at 26 days a year, rising one day each year to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays
  • 5% employer contribution to pension, increased to 10% with employee contribution
