Production Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
Flowserve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing activities related to production, inventory management, and quality assurance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead and motivate production team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
