Job Title: NOC Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOC Team Leader to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a NOC Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of NOC engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our Network Operations Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of NOC engineers to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the NOC Manager to implement Continual Service Improvement within the support function.
  • Analyze call and ticket data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing or supervising a small team.
  • Strong performance management skills, including coaching and development.
  • Experience in a technical environment, ideally in IT or Telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • ITIL Foundation Qualification or above (desirable but not essential).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,000 - £40,000 per annum.
  • A £5,000 shift allowance.
  • A 4-on-4-off rotation pattern, working 07:00 to 19:00 and rotation 19:00 to 07:00.
