Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our busy team at Fresh Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through consultative sales approaches, outbound calling, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
  • Outbound calling to potential leads
  • Closing sales over the phone
  • Using own initiative to target companies
  • Pro-actively call businesses
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Work to achieve monthly targets and company KPIs
  • Day to day account management
  • General sales admin

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment ideally in Security, IT, Networking, Telecommunications fields
  • Outbound calling/cold calling experience is essential
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
  • Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Results orientated
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
