FPGA Engineering Manager

This exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled FPGA Engineering Manager to lead FPGA design initiatives and develop efficient FPGA designs, including RTL creation and implementation, for both internal and third-party platforms.
About the RoleAs an FPGA Engineering Manager, you will oversee project planning and delivery, identify risks, and track milestones while collaborating with development teams to break down high-level requirements into detailed design specifications.
- Develop and implement FPGA design strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in creating FPGA prototypes and reference designs for IP platforms used by software developers and external partners.
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in FPGA engineering, a strong understanding of the FPGA design flow, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in FPGA engineering with a focus on leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of the FPGA design flow, including RTL design, simulation, synthesis, and place-and-route.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Xilinx UltraScale+ devices and Synplify toolchain.
