About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a new construction/civils desk, building relationships with blue-chip companies, and delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit blue-and white-collar candidates for various construction and civils projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry
  • Visit clients on site to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate salaries and close deals to meet client requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency, preferably in the construction or civils sector
  • Proven sales ability and a hunger for success
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative to achieve targets
  • Able to demonstrate previous successes in billing and meet or exceed sales targets
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £43,000 per annum
  • Company car or car allowance of £3,000 - £4,000 per year
  • Quarterly team bonus incentives and yearly company incentive schemes
  • 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 days off at Christmas
  • Flexibility to work from home one to two days per week
