Quality and Risk Manager

Job Overview

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Quality and Risk Manager for a leading residential developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with 2015 CDM Regulations and health and safety legislation.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders on projects including clients, designers, architects, local authority, HSE etc.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring method statements are in place.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations and health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience of implementing health and safety policies and management systems.
