Administrative Finance Specialist

This Temporary Finance Assistant role is available immediately and is based at our office in Northampton. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance team to assist with daily tasks, including coding and processing orders/invoices, checking incoming stock deliveries, preparing invoices for payment, reconciling petty cash and banking, processing income/expenditure on finance system, raising client invoices, and liaising with suppliers/clients.
What You Will Need:
- Previous finance/accounts experience
- Working knowledge of accountancy software and Excel
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-disciplined and organised
Benefits: 20 days annual leave, salary £11.95/hour.
