About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored travel solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong geographical knowledge of the world, with a focus on Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
