Client Account Manager

At Mark Allen, we're seeking a skilled Client Account Manager to join our Community Care Inform team. As a hybrid role, you'll spend three days in-office at our Sutton or Herne Hill location, working closely with clients to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, ideally in a content subscription service, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You'll be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving new business, working with Local Authorities and Universities to renew, upsell, and drive new business within your territory.

We offer on-the-job training to ensure you feel supported and empowered. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for sales and partnership development, we encourage you to apply.
