Job Summary
This exciting opportunity requires a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Fee Earner to join our dynamic team in Paignton, Devon. As a key member of our team, you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring seamless case progression and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of residential property, re-mortgages, shared and joint ownership matters, matrimonial transfers, probate sales, new homes, and Help to Buy schemes. A qualification is not essential, but senior Paralegals with at least 5 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload are preferred. Strong communication and organisational skills are also essential.
