Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an SEMH Support Assistant to join our team at a leading Secondary school in South East London. In this role, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs. Your passion for children's wellbeing and enthusiasm for making a difference will be instrumental in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support to students, improving their learning and development
  • Collaborate with staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs
  • Contribute to a positive school culture, promoting student well-being and achievement

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will require a First-Class Psychology-related degree from a Top 20 University and excellent communication skills. Your ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations will be vital in this dynamic position.

Compensation: £480-£550 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis, offering a competitive salary for professionals committed to making a lasting impact on students' lives.
