Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Fruition IT. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects end-to-end, across a variety of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a highly regarded and well-known legal firm based in Leeds. You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects, ranging across software and infrastructure, and will have the opportunity to work in a traditional waterfall environment and transition to an agile environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with C-Level Stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives
  • Measure progress on projects against project plans and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver key projects within budget and timescales, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Monitor and control project milestone deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives
  • Identify blockers or risks within project roadmaps and escalate where necessary to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, with a strong understanding of project management principles
  • Experience managing a range of software and infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivery
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Must have solid experience as a Project Manager (5+ years), ideally with financial services industry experience
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors, with a strong understanding of contract management and risk mitigation
  • Risk Management Experience, with a strong understanding of project risk assessment and mitigation
  • Prince 2 and APM or Scrum Master qualified is desirable
