Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at Randstad. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of our pupils, ensuring they receive the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and learning activities
  • Support learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Be a positive role model in the classroom
  • Build strong relationships with staff, learners, and their families
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for working with children and promoting a love of learning
  • Experience working with children, preferably with SEN needs
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Confidence and motivation to direct individuals/small groups with their learning
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Work eligibility in the UK
