About the Opportunity

Howdens Joinery Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Depot Director to join our team. As an Assistant Depot Director, you will support the Depot Manager in the day-to-day operations of the depot, including reviewing financial statements, identifying areas for growth, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Depot Manager in managing the depot's finances and operations
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with local trade customers

The ideal candidate will have experience in management, leadership, and sales. You will be expected to motivate and lead a team, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

Estimated Salary Range

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
