Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer or Approved Electrical Technician to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing electrical services to our clients in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical maintenance and installation work on commercial sites, including offices, shopping centers, and retail spaces.
  • Conduct testing and inspecting of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects and tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Approved Electrical Technician.
  • 18th edition, AM2/Time Served, Level 3 qualifications.
  • Experience with electrical testing and inspecting, including the 2391 qualification (training provided).
  • Full driving license.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including overtime and evening work.
