As a Senior Construction Solicitor, you will have a deep understanding of construction laws, regulations, and precedents. You will be able to conduct thorough research, analyze complex data, and provide clear, concise advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of contentious construction matters, including disputes related to contracts, defects, delays, payment disputes, and professional negligence claims.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on construction law, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex data to inform legal advice and strategies.
