We seek an experienced SHEQ professional to lead our safety efforts, manage a team of SHE advisors, and develop and implement best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of SHE Advisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety performance, provide guidance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate our safety approach and ensure it meets their expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety into our overall business strategy.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in safety management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, management, and clients to ensure everyone understands our safety goals and objectives.
