Construction Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction team as a Construction Worker. This is an essential role in supporting various projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Have own basic hand tools.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements

• Previous experience in labor or construction roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently when required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, based on location and industry standards. We offer a competitive benefits package, including vision care.
