- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians.
- Manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators.
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions.
As a Practice Manager at mydentist, you will enjoy a competitive salary, rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays), an annual bonus scheme, and health and wellbeing benefits, including a virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme helpline.
