Pension Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Consultant to join our team at Eden Scott. As a leading recruitment agency in the market, we are proud to work with top names in the industry, and this role is a rare opportunity to work with an industry leader during a period of extensive growth and expansion.
This is a first-class opportunity for an experienced Consultant or Manager to work at the forefront of the team, helping with strategic work, expansion of the office, and projects. Previous technical senior defined benefit pensions experience is essential, in addition to experience in client management within pensions.
As a Pension Consultant, you will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. You will need to have technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, a thorough understanding of scheme rules and current legislation, and the ability to demonstrate and communicate your knowledge clearly and concisely.
On a daily basis, you will be managing a portfolio of clients and liaising with Trustees, Actuaries, and external parties to exceed their expectations and go the extra mile, working as a true ambassador for the business.
The role is vital to the success of the team, and your impact and daily duties will instantly add value. An excellent basic salary is on offer for the successful candidate, plus an award-winning benefits package.
You will be joining a growing company with long-term opportunities in a successful, close-knit team with some of the industry's best. If you have the DB or final salary pensions experience, including client contact and ideally business development, then please get in touch to discuss this opportunity further.
