We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Mane Contract Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests
- Working with GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
- Sorting and dispatching calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on skills, location, and service delivery arrangements
- Prioritizing urgent jobs and planning operative/sub-contractor support to address demand
- Providing strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
Requirements:
- Proven track record in facilities management within an administration/helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of CAFM systems
- Good planning and organization skills, with ability to prioritize workload efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
