About the Role

Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and a degree in nursing.
  • Experience working in a care home environment, preferably in a nurse-led setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commitment to providing person-centred care, promoting residents' independence and dignity.
