About the Role

As a Presales Consultant at TSG, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative solutions based on D365 CE modules and Power Platform products. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and drivers, and provide technical and functional guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of D365 CE and Power Platform, aligning with client requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Create service estimates, proposals, statements of work, and responses to tenders, requests for information, and requests for proposals.
  • Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of the solution.
  • Build strong relationships with the TSG sales and technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on D365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Support prioritized sales cycles, helping with strategy, competitive positioning, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Communicate business requirements to the project/implementation team after completion of the sale, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages.
Requirements
  • Industry standard accreditations for Microsoft and others in sales or presales certifications would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
  • Strong experience working with D365 CE and Power Platform within a presales or consulting capacity.
  • Awareness and appreciation of the demonstration to win approach to selling.
  • Possess a client-centric consultative approach to solution design.
  • Experience in leading and delivering complex and innovative solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Good relationship builder, comfortable presenting at all levels, and strong communicator.
