About Our Mortgage Services Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Services Consultant to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mortgage services to our clients, building strong relationships with our estate agency teams, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our estate agency teams to provide training and support, ensuring seamless mortgage services delivery.
  • New Business Development: Attract new customers and business, leveraging your expertise to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
  • Mortgage Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices, share knowledge, and build lasting relationships with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Business Development: Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Skills and Attributes: Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Logistics: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
