Embark on a challenging role as an E-Discovery Team Lead with Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing, where you'll oversee complex financial services regulatory matters for a prominent law firm.

This full-time contract position, lasting 4-5 months, offers the flexibility of two days of remote work each week. You'll be based in our Birmingham office and lead a team responsible for managing large-scale legal projects.

Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-value contracts and remediation projects. This involves driving key project deliverables, overseeing multiple workstreams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

We're seeking a seasoned legal project manager with experience in managing teams and delivering large-scale legal projects within the Financial Services sector. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial services regulatory matters for a single client, ensuring smooth progress across all areas.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee tasks are completed within budget and deadlines.
  • Supervise a team of legal professionals, including fee earners, junior staff, and contractors, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Perform quality checks on all work outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness before advancing to subsequent stages of the project.
  • Provide daily updates to management and communicate project status to the client, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.

About the Role:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
