Job Overview: Surfacing Crew Foreman

Tarmac Trading Limited seeks an experienced Surfacing Crew Foreman to join our West Yorkshire team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of surfacing sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine lay asphalt works and possess knowledge of all aspects of the surfacing operation. A proven track record of supervising teams and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is essential. In addition, you will be flexible in your working approach, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess good communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a contributory pension scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
