About the Role:

  • Job Title: Sous Chef
  • Location: Horley, Surrey
  • Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other support staff.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

What We Offer:
