About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Greene King. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs in the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality meals are prepared and served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen, providing guidance and support to ensure that high-quality meals are prepared and served.
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they are appealing to our customers and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and that customer satisfaction is high.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to train and develop a team of chefs.
