Key Responsibilities:

  • Support private and public sector clients on a wide range of employment matters, both non-contentious and contentious.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Belfast and other office locations.
  • Assist in supervising and developing junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with expertise in advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused with the ability to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Experience in supervising and/or managing junior team members.
  • Driven to succeed as a senior member of the team, committed to developing the firm's offering locally and nationally.
