Gas Pipeline Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join our project in Hucknall, Nottingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining gas pipelines, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route upsized gas pipes from the meter through the basement to underfloor at the bottom of stairs.
• Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Route hot and cold pipes up through kitchen worktops and surface mount to high level and across to connect with boilers from above, including limescale reducers on cold pipes.
• Route 22mm copper central heating pipes from new boiler locations above kitchen cupboards and through to middle rooms next to kitchens.
• Surface mount down walls and route under radiators, replacing existing 10mm pipes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter.
• Relevant qualifications in pipefitting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret plans.
