The Pharmacy department at the West of Scotland Cancer Centre is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Support Worker to contribute to the day-to-day running of the pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating routine duties to Band 2 Pharmacy Support workers, participating in environmental monitoring and stock management programs, and delivering training to Pharmacy Support Workers.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • NVQ level 2 or SVQ level 2
  • SCQF level 6 qualification
  • or equivalent level with significant experience of working in a Pharmacy

A good level of general education, basic numeric and literacy skills are essential, as well as good communication and IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
