Job Description
  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in construction management, preferably in the mechanical and electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
