About the Position:

We are seeking an Environmental Performance Specialist to join our team at Beeby Anderson Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-end residential and hotel projects while ensuring they meet the highest environmental performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to reduce environmental impact. This includes managing a team of six people working on various initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of professionals to achieve environmental performance goals
  • Developing and implementing environmental performance strategies
  • Monitoring progress towards environmental performance targets
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate environmental performance into all aspects of projects
  • Communicating environmental performance initiatives and progress to clients

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of environmental science and sustainability standards, as well as experience working with BREEAM and SAP. Additionally, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with various stakeholders, and possess strong project management skills.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include flexible working arrangements, enhanced medical cash plan, private medical and dental insurance, and 25 days of holiday leave (plus public holidays).>
