Job Summary

The Business Solutions Analyst will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering optimal solutions and processes across the Firm. This involves analyzing business needs, developing insights, and implementing efficient processes firm-wide. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that bridges the gap between IT and the Firm's practice groups and business services teams, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis of complex business problems and opportunities, reviewing processes and demonstrating critical thinking to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain business cases and management reports to justify investment and drive benefits.
  • Identify and track measures needed to realize business benefits, and elicit and effectively manage requirements from colleagues across multiple locations.
  • Drive and challenge business teams on their identified problems and opportunities, questioning assumptions and seeking solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the Firm's strategic goals.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to resolve complex business problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different working styles and get the most out of the team and project contributors.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work on multiple independent projects at the same time, managing competing deadlines.
  • Ability to evaluate information gathered and distinguish user requests from underlying true business needs.
