Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to live vibrant, independent lives. This will involve working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  2. Developing and implementing personalized support plans that promote independence, social connections, and personal growth.
  3. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including families and social services.
  4. Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  5. Providing flexible and adaptable support to meet the changing needs of individuals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
