The Entertainer is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team in Newbury, Parkway Shopping Centre. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including toys, games, and other products sold in-store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as well as work at heights, if required.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
