We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be comfortable with client events and meetings across the South East. While industry-specific knowledge can be taught, some form of technical or engineering exposure is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Attend client events and meetings to promote our services and solutions
- Work closely with our engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Provide clients with proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the technical or engineering sector
- Strong understanding of the commercial property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Some form of technical or engineering exposure is a must
Benefits:
- £35,000 salary
- Excellent uncapped commission structure
- £300 per month car allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday
