We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be comfortable with client events and meetings across the South East. While industry-specific knowledge can be taught, some form of technical or engineering exposure is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Attend client events and meetings to promote our services and solutions
  • Work closely with our engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and services
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
  • Provide clients with proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the technical or engineering sector
  • Strong understanding of the commercial property market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Some form of technical or engineering exposure is a must

Benefits:
