Polaris Community: Supporting Pupils' Growth

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pupil Progress Coordinator to join our team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, working closely with teachers to ensure needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and recording pupils' progress
  • Reporting on pupils' progress and concerns, and collaborating with other school staff to ensure needs are met
  • Supporting classroom teachers during lessons

Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Contract: Term Time Only

Requirements:

  • Strong basic education and qualifications in Maths and English (at least Level 2)
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting
