GP and Health Assessment Doctor Opportunity

We are seeking a GMC registered GP to join our team at Nuffield Health, Glasgow Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, as a GP and Health Assessment Doctor. This is a permanent position, working 24 hours per week (3 days) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your career portfolio with more time to deliver quality care to your patients. As a GP and Health Assessment Doctor, you will work alongside our experienced Health and Wellbeing Physiologists, delivering face-to-face Health Assessments and GP consultations, with a focus on wellbeing and monitoring patient outcomes in a safe environment.

You will have access to our user-friendly platforms, enhanced pathways, and state-of-the-art clinics, as well as a national network of hospitals. There are also opportunities to contribute to our charitable purpose through our flagship programmes, working in partnership with the NHS, other healthcare providers, research institutes, and charities.

To be successful in this role, you will be a GMC registered GP, with a minimum of 6 months GP experience in the UK (private or NHS) and knowledge of UK care pathways. You will also be competent in a range of health screening services, such as smear tests, breast examinations, and venepuncture, as well as interpreting results and ECGs.

We offer a competitive salary, up to £100k pro rata, dependent on experience, plus paid indemnity for your work with Nuffield Health. We also offer a healthy work-life balance, with everything wrapped up between 9am and 6pm.
