About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting Travelex products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with excellent listening skills
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
