About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Commercial Specialist to join our team at Dragados S.A. UK Branch. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in the management of project costs and commercial activities. Your main responsibilities will include administering contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and subcontractors, as well as providing regular cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports. You will also be responsible for assessing potential contractor and supplier claims and making recommendations for settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage incentivisation arrangements as appropriate
- Support the assessment of EWN's and compensation events
- Provide regular cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports

Requirements:
- Past experience of construction projects
- Good knowledge of all aspects of commercial management
- Familiarity with various forms of NEC contract
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum
