Job Title: 3.5T Transporter Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3.5T Transporter Driver to join our team at Kindertons Accident Management, part of ExamWorksUK.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of fleet vehicles, as well as assisting in the preparation of hire fleet vehicles for delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and collect fleet vehicles to and from customer addresses, places of work, or to our repair network.
  • Assist in the preparation of hire fleet vehicles for delivery to customers, adhering to relevant procedures and completing all required documents.
  • Ensure that vehicles required for the following day's deliveries are accounted for and prepared.
  • Organize the depot parking area, allocating different vehicles to different areas as directed by depot management.
  • Prepare the yard for easy access for collection of vehicles by salvage agents or other Kindertons employees when appropriate.
  • Assist depot administrators in dealing with damaged fleet vehicles by photographing those vehicles and taking them for estimate and the designated fleet repairer.
  • Deliver, collect, or swap vehicles as required by depot management.
  • Work as part of a team, attending team meetings and contributing where appropriate.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have held your license for 2 years or more and have no more than 6 points. You should be confident with driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
