**Job Title:** Accounts and Operations Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Operations Executive to join our team at Young's Seafood. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily and weekly operational meetings to oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or safety.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support team members' growth and development.
  • Support the development of a Quality Culture, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Promote a safe working environment through regular training, audits, and risk assessments, role modelling what great looks like.
  • Act upon colleague feedback through our annual survey, leading Colleague Forums, and driving the site action plan.
  • Broad knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes, including chilled and ambient products, and dealing with major retailers and own-label products.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering significant improvement projects, including CAPEX.
  • Food safety level 4
