About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at SPAR Threshfield. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in developing a high-performing team through effective leadership and coaching
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
