Device Development Scientist

SRG is seeking a highly skilled Device Development Scientist to join our team at a global leading pharmaceutical company. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for determining the performance factors of drug delivery devices and collaborating with design, mechanical, quality, compliance regulatory, human factors, and formulation engineers and scientists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and investigate drug delivery device performance factors.
  • Support interactions with external vendors and internal partners for design verification, shelf life studies, shipping studies, and manufacturing process qualification.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and internal/external audits.
  • Apply statistical, scientific, and engineering expertise to solve problems creatively and independently.
  • Develop and validate analytical methods for drug delivery devices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of device control system life cycle and device testing.
  • Experience working in teams to develop or troubleshoot drug delivery devices, analytical methodologies, or manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and spoken English and numeracy skills.
