Organisational Development and Engagement Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development and Engagement Partner to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of organisational development, engagement, and improvement activities across the Trust and the wider healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training and organisational development interventions to enhance workplace culture and improve patient care.
- Facilitate focus groups and deliver presentations to engage staff and promote a supportive environment.
- Manage organisational surveys, data interpretation, and quality assurance frameworks to drive positive change.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to design and deliver improvement programmes.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Significant experience of developing and delivering training and organisational development interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Credibility to work with all staff groups.
- Ability to manage conflicting pressures and meet deadlines.
