Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our 12,000 homes in Stockport.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about compliance and building safety, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies to improve safety standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing compliance and safety strategies
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and compliance of our homes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance and safety performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:
