We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our partner Primary School in Croydon. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting two pupils in Year 1 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that pupils receive a high-quality education.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help pupils with challenging behaviors, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that pupils receive comprehensive support and guidance.
Requirements:
