Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on employee relations case work, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data is maintained on HR systems.
  • Provide timely HR reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
  • Support all employee life-cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, pay reviews, and leavers process.
  • Contribute to key business-wide HR projects, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
